How can magnets increase fuel efficiency?
Did anyone see the story in the news about "Energy cel"? Supposedly by putting magnets on your fuel intake line, you can increase the efficiency of combustion. I have a hard time understanding how this works. Any ideas?

I saw something about this on 20/20. They said it was a huge scam. And you know - if they said so on tv it must be true. :-)
